House Rules

There is no smoking in any of the rooms, for the safety and health of all guests

We reserve the right to turn away any guests not declared in your booking if this would exceed the capacity of the room

We cannot accomodate pets, Guide Dogs are of course, always welcome.

We reserve the right to charge for any damages or losses caused by guests

Cancellation Policy

We may ask guests for a minimum deposit of one day, charged upon booking, which will be non-refundable in the case of cancellations.

Access Policy

Here at Cavendish House we endeavour to serve all guests to the best of our ability, but unfortunately Cavendish House is a Grade 2 listed building and thus we may have trouble accommodating guests with limited mobility. However, if you email us, we’d be happy to see if we could accommodate your specific needs.
